1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Customized, personalized, or clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item(s) and ship them using a trackable courier service.
- Inspection & Refund/Exchange: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
- If a refund is approved, it may take 2 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please specify your preference in your request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
