1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized and bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery location.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
- Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.
3. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order through our shipping partner’s website or here.
4. Shipping Partners:
- We work with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Shiprocket and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. International Shipping:

6. Undelivered or Lost Shipments:
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- In case of incorrect address or non-availability at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-dispatching the order.
7. Damaged or Missing Items:
- If you receive a damaged package or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items at mail@nipspackaging.com, along with your order number.
- We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.
8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
